Soccer is played in conjunction with the St. Francis TOPSoccer program on Saturday mornings during the spring and fall. Soccer action for Special Olympics Indiana – Marion County South athletes takes place at the St. Francis Soccer Fields off of Arlington Road. TOPSoccer is an outreach program for soccer, designed for athletes with intellectual and physical disabilities. The program relies on volunteer coaches and buddies to sustain its vitality. The core values and goals of the TOPSoccer program mirror the values and goals of Special Olympics Indiana.
Although the Special Olympics Indiana – Marion County South athletes are still eligible to play soccer through this program, registration for the TOPSoccer program is no longer coordinated through the Marion County South Side Storm.
